Online Return Policy
We offer a 45 day return policy for retail items purchased from our website and shipped from our warehouse. This does not include customized products. Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to not warrant a return. We cannot exchange or return items received as a gift.
Please contact customer service to request a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping the merchandise back for an exchange/refund. Any items returned without this preauthorized number will NOT be accepted. Merchandise must be new and unworn.
After your return authorization request is approved, you will receive an email from FedEx with your return label. The label will expire 30 days from the day it is approved.
Restocking Fee: A $10 shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Replacement Items: If you need a replacement item, please place a new order on our website, so we can process your order and ship out your replacement ASAP.
Our goal is to not only meet but exceed our customer’s expectations. We have implemented several procedures to ensure your products are exactly what you ordered. By communicating with our customers throughout the order process and sending a final proof before starting production, we strive to double check every detail.
However, we cannot accept returns for custom or embroidered products. If the delivered product matches the approved proof, we cannot accept a return.
Please inspect your delivered products for accuracy. If the goods you receive are damaged or have a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If we are unable to replace the damaged products in a timely manner, then we will issue you a full refund for the damaged products.
Customers must have an account with us prior to receiving sizing samples and samples must be returned within 60 days or you will be charged for each sample.
Please note international customers must purchase samples and then return them for a refund. Please contact us if you are an international customer and would like samples.
